I am Brian Johnson! I am very excited to exercise, stretch and improve our ethical living through a healthy living. I started working out when I was 18 years old because I struggled with my appearance. Sadly, I was bullied often throughout school and I had a friend, who helped me start my workout journey. That very moment, I fell in love with the way it made me feel and how my body started to respond. Overtime, I began working out with people: mentoring individuals, helping them work towards goals and taking care of their bodies. In 2018, I obtained my certification as a personal trainer to enhance my fitness endeavors. Then, COVID shifted my aspirations of opening my own gym and training people far and wide. Nonetheless, my passion and experience has been renewed by you all. Doing this for over 30 years, I understand how important it is for healthy thinking to match a healthy body. Can't wait to see you there!
