Are you interested in learning more about our upcoming Sunday program for children? We're holding an info session in person and on zoom on Sunday August 8 at 1:30-2:20pm (at the Heiter Center - for vaccinated adults).
Our Ethical Education for Kids program reboots on Sunday, September 12!
What is it? A weekly educational program that meets on Sunday afternoons (1:30-2:45) during our Platform program. Children will deepen their sense of compassion, understanding of the world, and self-efficacy through developmentally appropriate, hands-on, fun and child-centered learning modalities. Elements of play, art and creativity, project-based learning, music and theater, youth activism, movement, and literature-based curriculum are woven into the program.
Who is it for? Our pilot program will best serve children ages 7-11. As we grow, we will add additional age group classes. Other ages will be considered on a case by case basis.
